#26: Pre-occupation With Comfort Food

Pro-occupation With Comfort Food;


also known as "filled up,  but malnourished".




One of the most clear and definable, outward signs and symptoms of a malnourished body and brain is a pre-occupation with the next binge. 


In other words, whether it's a family event then it revolves around junk food. If it's a work event it revolves around SADCRAP. If it's a social time it revolves around comfort food. If it's a recreation or fitness event, the payoff afterward is fast food. If it's "me time" it involves filling up on calories. 


This is different in some ways than "foodie" behavior where people enjoy cooking nice, scrumptious, delectable, quality meals or consistently trying new foods. 


For the person who is malnourished, this might not make sense (at first). 


From a trainer's standpoint (if the trainer is paying attention), the pattern is very clear and quick to identify. In other words, from the outside-in, there's no confusion on this matter. 


From the inside-out, if I am lacking adequate reserve of key nutrients (BNBBs / Vitalizer Gold), I will unconsciously be attracted to junk food, SADCRAP, fast food...things that really aren't nourishing to the cells of the body and the brain itself. ..e.g. "I'll know it's not good for me but do it anyway". 


The reason being that when we have enough key nutrients (BNBBs / Vitalizer Gold for example) in our bloodstream, the brain has enough nutrition circulating in it that junk food, SADCRAP, fast food...things that really aren't nourishing to the cells of the body and the brain itself have no [relevance] to itself...junk food seems as tasty as cardboard...SO (if you like junk food, it means you're malnourished even if your doctor says you look fine (many doctors don't recognize malnutrition...they aren't trained to) and probably don't have the time to discuss the intricacies of nutrition.


BUT, when the body and brain doesn't have enough (BNBBs / Vitalizer Gold for example) the thinking part of the brain relinquishes control to the emotional aspect of the brain and food choices become things that provide and immediate "emotional high", but not nutrition density (BNBBs) [comfort food for example].


But like any addiction, there has to be some kind of willful will to have self awareness enough (maturity) to interrupt the pattern [even though it feels good to do the unhealthy behavior]. 


The primary side effect of this process is an ever expanding waistline...or body fat level (body composition)...leading to multiple health problems including death by heart attack, diabetes and all it's horrible, debilitating symptoms, stroke and on and on....essentially unnecessary suffering.

What this problem looks like is when someone seems to be pre-occupied with the next emotional "high"... stopping at Ronald's house for a milkshake...the king's castle for a whopper and diet coke ("...cause I need to lose weight")...take-out at the hut, 'cause my friend is in town...a peanut buster parfait at the queen's dairy...like an alcoholic who hides alcohol everywhere, the SADCRAP pre-occupation is an undernourished brain that constantly manipulates (the self) to always have a ready supply of junk food, fast food, comfort food / SADCRAP. 


"Comfort food" literally means food that is "chemically-comforting" the under-nourished BRAIN. 


The person who is pre-occupied with fast food literally thinks their situation is elaborate and different...that "their situation is different" than everyone else who is obese...(because the emotional aspect /behavior of the brain is specifically manipulating the self) to consume junk food, in order to get a kind of "high" (chemically soothed, yet undernourished brain)..in order to get enough "brain stimulation" to then seek out nutrition dense foods (opposite of junk food, fast food, comfort food & SADCRAP).


The catch-22 is that most people get such a comfortable "feeling" from the "SADCRAP-high" they manipulate themselves to conspire to find the next "SADCRAP-high" rather than using the energy to seek highly nutritious food. Compounding the problem of malnutrition is the "hurry up & procrastinate complex" where people get so high from the fast food they aren't aware of the true hunger signals of inadequate nutrition. In turn, they wait to long to eat and end up on another itsy, bitsy, tiny, weeny binge. 


To the person who has never put enough nutrition in their body nor supplemented their diet, this process is often erroneously mistaken  and diagnosed as an "emotional issue"... When in reality it's an emotional "process" resulting from malnutrition...(brain deficient of key nutrients seeks junk food and justifies it's behavior as a dis-ease).


BUT, once the brain gets enough nutrition density (BNBBs / Vitalizer Gold for example), the emotional problems mysteriously disappear !


The kinds of things people who are deficient say are, "I'm just big-boned", or "I'm just a big person" or "I've always been a big guy" or "Diets just don't work for me" (diets atr a withholding of the BNBBs and magnify the cycle) or "Exercise doesn't help", (can't outrun poor nutrition with exercise...burning fat is a result of adequate BNBBs)...all examples of the addiction behavior of the brain attempting to distract anything that might interrupt the process.



The point being when we hear these kinds of things, we can know that the persons brain is asking for help, but isn't aware of how to go about getting the BNBBs without feeling deprived! SURPRISE... Don't attempt to stop eating the SADCRAP until you have the Vitalizer Gold in your body for at least one month, at which point your nutrition density will be high enough to offset and emotional or psychological dependency on the SADCRAP itself. In my 30 years experimenting and applying nutrition density, I've never seen anything work as good as this...and I've helped a lot of people who thought they were beyond help!😄

(They are filled-up, but malnourished.)


In other words they are dependent on SADCRAP and so much so they won't do the solution to alleviate the dependency. 


(They believe something that isn't true, but without changing what they believe, their behavior is unlikely to become any healthier...since the mind only attracts information which confirms what we say we "believe".)


One of the other catch-22s is that to the malnourished persons, this won't make sense until they apply it on themselves (paradox).
