Special Report #7

FOR MEN ONLY...

Ok,...if you care about your man, you can read this too.

For the most part, men and women require the same kinds of nutrients, albeit in different amounts at different times. When it comes to men's health, men do require some nutrients a little bit more and in different frequency than women.

Isn't it amazing how many Viagra and Cialis type drug commercials we see and hear each day? I think it's a testament to how far away from good health the majority of people are in America...how imbalanced we have become pushing and pushing the body but not knowing exactly how to build it up and keep it going strong. Like all other drugs, erectile dysfunction drugs don't provide the nutrients which the drugs cover up the deficiencies of!

Yes, I am saying a high libido, sex drive and the ability to "follow through" is related to the overall well being of your body.

Think of it this way: if the systems of your body (cardiovascular system, nervous system, hormone system, etc.) aren't really healthy and resilient (lack of reserve or nutritional savings account) then no matter how much you "try", the flag isn't going to rise up the pole!

Being able to consistently rise to the occasion is the result of good health! Nature doesn't care what you "want" to do with your body, or how you think it "should perform" if you haven't maintained your engine. Just like a car, you can't drive it hard all the time without doing routine maintenance and expect it to fire up or run good, on a moment's notice.

It's amazing to me the number of ads I see online and elsewhere promoting erectile dysfunction drugs that are in Mexico or Canada ...[as if there isn't enough Viagra in America to serve everyone that needs it!] Wow! In reality, like any other health function, if you're taking good care of yourself, "extra curricular functions" should get better with time. Of course, exceptions to this could be injuries where nerves to the area have been severed or damaged (either through surgery, trauma,  or injury or degenerative disease). But, outside of that, there are certainly ways to regenerate your overall health to get the plumbing working good.

Yes, I am saying that in order to be able to expect consistent performance, you want to practice preventive health nutrition measures...nutritional hygiene. There are the psychological aspects of "rising to the occasion" also. The same as with successful fat loss, the emotions can either help or hinder the process.

Years ago I met a man in his 50's who had previously been in an unhappy marriage. He said he was so angry at his wife he "refused to get a hard on". Every time his wife made advances on him, he told himself he wouldn't get an erection (negative self hypnosis / self talk). Well, guess what... eventually he got divorced and met a new lady...but, guess what now? With his new lady he couldn't get an erection !

Being a certified and registered master clinical hypnotist (with emphasis in medical issues), we sat in my office and I had a very candid and poignant discussion with him about how, "...the mature oak tree is strong and stiff but sways enough in the wind that it doesn't get broken...leaves behind the tree fall to the ground...and on sunny days, the family kitty cat likes to crawl up into the trunk of the tree and scratch the bark... and ultimately the cat just finds a nice spot to lay down and relax... meanwhile the grass and roots at the base of the tree continue to absorb nutrients and gain health and vitality...", and so on.

The point being that health and vitality is a natural state...the body seeks to manifest health and performance, but not if the body is "pushed to do more and more" while nutrition density is purposely limited or withheld...[either intentionally out of stubbornness or unintentionally out of ignorance].

Yes, I am saying that sexual health is directly related to the level and consistency of nutritional density in your health savings account. There's nothing you can do "in the moment" to get a normally healthy bodily function, if the underlying health reserve is inadequate. [sexual performance is the result of health reserve]. (Ultimately, if this happens to you, you should take it as a "hint" your body is asking for more nutritional help).

There are more than 30 different nutrients that all the systems of the body require in order to have healthy, consistent erections. Let's take zinc for example. Many people don't know that much of the male's zinc storage is within the prostate itself. When a guy (regardless of age) "does his thing", much of the zinc is lost as it leaves the body. A major thing to consider is that EVERY system of the body is dependent on that zinc. There are hundreds of processes, especially the immune system that relies on that zinc that left the body...leaving the entire system depleted. It's common for a shortage of zinc to lead to a sore throat. Sex drive itself is associated with having adequate zinc reserve. (I'm not talking about mega-dosing).

Again, the body requires 30 different nutrients. Magnesium is related to 300+ different enzymatic actions, especially pumping blood around the body! The blood veins require adequate vitamin E. The nerves require adequate good fats. Mental morale requires vitamin D...and so on. When the body doesn't get these on a consistent basis (daily) you might be left wondering, "What's wrong?" Or, that it is somehow related to age, which it is not.

In my nutrition talks and writings I refer to the key nutrients everyone needs to maintain their body as the BNBBs (Basic Nutritional Building Blocks). Many people take supplements, but if they aren't getting absorbed you don't notice feeling better overall nor an improvement in sexual health. If the quality of the raw materials was neglected in the manufacturing process, you won't "feel" anything from them. I personally use and market Vitalizer Gold supplements which I have used different versions of since 1993. Again, I'm not talking about hype-based, sexual enhancement products which further deplete the body or which are otherwise inert marketing schemes (missing key nutrients), but rather focusing on providing your body all the nutrients all the systems if your body require on a daily basis...the net result being clinically measurable improvements in all areas of health (blood chemistry).

Personally, I have never sought those kinds of drugs, but I have noticed that I get healthier and healthier as time goes on, regardless of age...eye sight, hearing, energy ...it's all related. In many ways, I'm healthier now than I was in my teens! Truly! As always, whole foods have to be the basis of good nutrition, but if we were all eating right all the time, Viagra wouldn't be one of the most profitable / highest selling drugs of all time. Supplements make up for nutritional gaps.

Vitalizer supplements are guaranteed...that means use them up, and if you don't feel better is some way in 30 days you get your money back. IF you can't remember to take your Vitalizer, sex is the least of your worries.

Personally, I take extra Zinc (is depleted after ejaculation), Vitamin C (healer) Vitamin E (aids blood circulation)and CoQ10 (oxygenator of the cells).

As always, the supplements I market are guaranteed. And, you can get a 15% discount through my website.

I think a big reason I get such good results is because I've been using these kinds of supplements for quite a while...my health just keeps getting better and better. I don't know if they will work as good for you as they do for me, but you have nothing to risk and everything to gain.

If you already suspect you have an enlarged prostate the Saw Palmetto supplement is very important (link provided below).

I personally take alfalfa tablets with meals since I tend to have digestive problems like heart burn, and food doesn't seem to help. Over the counter antacids seem to dilute the problem temporarily but don't seem to be a solution. I take 3 or 4 with a couple meals each day and it really seems to make a difference.

I love the Energizing Soy Protein Supplement which I mix in my smoothies for more energy. When I first started taking it I mixed it in orange juice which is fine too. I like the vanilla better than the cocoa.

If you're curious how I go about choosing these supplements, ask me for my Special Report on "How to choose good BNBBs". I've been using this kind since September 1993.

The following are the links to my website.
