Inertia!

Inertia is the resistance of any physical object to any change in its state of motion (this includes changes to its speed, direction or state of rest). It is the tendency of objects to keep moving in a straight line at constant velocity.

This applies to fat loss, fitness and any endeavors to improve health.

Its always easier to not do something new than to do the new thing.

With 80% of the population in the U.S. now carrying more body fat than ever, it goes without saying that people find it easier to keep putting the SADCRAP in and plop down in front of the TV after work.

One of the most common questions personal trainers get is, "What's THE secret to burning fat?!"

Ultimately, its simply forcing yourself to do the new things that you're not accustomed to. Force yourself...one time at a time.

Those little one times add up cumulatively...that's how everyone has done it and that's how everyone has to do it!

Behind the action is motivation...either motivation to move toward a goal or to move away from a thing or an experience(s).

For me, it was moving away from feeling skinny and weak and away from what seemed like unhealthy highway everyone else in my family seemed to be trucking down.

Secondly is to be satisfied with simply doing the workout that is at hand. Do the workout the best you can and them leave it. The effects of each workout will add up and in no time you'll be on your way to looking and feeling better than ever.
