“I see you to succeeding"
series.
The Magic of SOME Activity
Its not uncommon for people who have never reached their fitness goals or who have been yo-yo dieters or who have tried "dieting" but never worked out correctly to incorrectly presume that in order to get any results at all you have to workout out three or four hours each day.
In reality, to begin getting what I would consider amazing results, three, 50 minute resistance training sessions (done correctly) and three, 20 minute aerobic training sessions per week (done correctly) combined with applied nutrition (whole foods +functional-foods + sensible supplementation) results in better results than anyone else you know has gotten.
The thing that blocks most people from beginning is that they assume they'll have to exercise way more, so they simply avoid doing it at all.
The truth of the matter is that the better your nutrition is dialed in (I give specifics), the less exercise you have to do to get the same results!
The problem being that most people make excuses about committing to nutritional strategies in hopes they'll get magnificent results from their exercise alone, only to find that without the nutrition, the results from the exercise is limited, leaving them scratching their heads.
So, consistency of some exercise is what produces results (about 4 hours per week, done correctly).
